Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and Etsy's own policies. You are responsible for the content you upload and the listings you publish.

Your content

You retain ownership of the designs and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe others' intellectual property.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtsyFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

EtsyFlow is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
